Rapid system deployment
Ancom Systems (Singapore) team of power protection specialists provided 2 x 1250KVA diesel standby generator sets as a solution to the standby electrical power demands for a mission critical power protection Facility at a global financial institution located in Seoul, South Korea.

The power generator driven by the latest Cummins KTA50G8 16 cylinder, turbo-charged diesel engine delivers a maximum power rating of 1000 KW/1250 KVA at 60 Hz, 380 V, 3-phase, 40˚C ambient conditions. The generator sets are individually synchronized to a common output bus built with an expansion option for 2 future units. Each generator is individually enclosed in its own 40ft acoustic housing keeping noise levels to less than 75dBA from 1 meter.

The turnkey contract was awarded to Ancom Systems (Singapore) with a 20-week deadline specified for complete system handover. The project includes design, procurement, supply and installation of all power components, systems control and instrumentation, cabling and earthing systems and switchgears.
