Ancom Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Powertonix S.p.A Signs Co-operation Agreement

On December 23, 2004, Ancom Systems Singapore and Powertronix from Milan, Italy executed a co-operation agreement to undertake the following:

1. To incorporate a private company named Ancom PTX Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
2. To carry out sales and distribution of a range of high frequency (HF) transformerless Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems in certain countries within Asia.
3. To co-operate and engage in manufacturing of HF transformerless UPS in the People's Republic of China.
